Tom came highly recommended from a previous builder who Tom had worked for. He was not available for our work and suggested Tom. He communicated well with us, arrived punctually on the day, and then in my absence, he showed initiative in sourcing replacement timbers for an undiagnosed fault in our front deck.
By the time I arrived home, he replaced and repainted the affected timbers and beams, tidied the whole area and finished as he had promised. Based on my experience with Tom's work ethic, I would have no hesitation in recommending Tom for and building job, big or small.
